We offer 2 houses, one with 3 & 4 bedroom, and another with 2 bedroom apartments. All are upscale fully furnished, air conditioned, on the beach in Toco!

Rooms & Pricing
All units have a Living Room, Dining Area, and a complete modern Kitchen which are all a part of a spacious open plan design and the entire house is air conditioned for your comfort. The balcony/deck is very large which is ideal for entertaining and stargazing. We have three types of units available:

The first is our two bedroom units of which we have three. These units each have three full sized beds in two bedrooms (2 beds & 1 bed respectively) and one full bathroom. These units accommodate six persons and cost TTD $1500.00 per night/USD $275.00 per night.

The second is our three bedroom unit of which we have one. This unit has five full sized beds in three bedrooms (2 beds, 2 beds & 1 bed respectively) and each bedroom has a full sized bathroom. This unit accommodates ten persons and costs TTD $2100.00 per night/USD $375.00 per night.

The third is our four bedroom units of which we have two. These units each have 6 full sized beds and 1 single size bed in four bedrooms (2 full sized, 2 full sized, 1 full sized and 1 single & 1 full sized respectively) and each bedroom has a full sized bathroom. These units accommodate thirteen persons and cost TTD $2500.00 per night/USD $445.00 per night.

The Sea, the pool & the grounds.
Just want to relax? You can lounge in your private swimming pool or enjoy the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea just mere meters away. You can also bask in the sea breeze in one of our Gazebos or host a barbecue in this ideal location with your friends and family.

Getting here.
Thomas On The Beach is about (75) minutes from Piarco International Airport, and twenty (25) minutes from the world renowned Grand Riviere. From here, guests can engage in watching the Leather Back Turtle during its main nesting season from March to September of each year

Security.
In separate independent quarters on the compound, live the Owner/Caretaker, Peter and his wife Wendy. Both are in tune to make sure that your stay is safe, enjoyable & memorable.

Activities.
Trinidad is also one of the major nesting grounds chosen for by famous Leatherback Turtle, the largest of all living turtles. Located just (25) minutes away is the world renowned Grand Riviere, one of the historic nesting grounds of the Leather Back Turtle, where guests can engage in watching the Leather Back Turtle during its main nesting season from March to September of each year.

2 bedroom units with 3 beds and accommodation for 6 persons @ 1200/night

3 bedroom unit with 3 baths and 4 beds, with accommodation for 8 persons @ 1700/night

4 bedroom units with 4 baths and 7 beds, with accommodation for 13 persons @ 2000/night

Check in time is 6pm, check out is at 4pm. Checkout time on Friday for guests staying with us on weekday rates would be 12pm.
