Our How-To Guide for Businesses aims to help you with step by step directions on how to add, verify and make changes to your listings.

How to Add Your Business

Adding a business is easy and straightforward, but we do advise that the best experience is from a laptop or desktop.

Listings are 100% free, and we do not charge any booking fees or commissions.

Before you begin, make sure you have your content, photos and video links ready.

First, create an account on our Register page.

Then, go to the Add Your Property form, complete it, then submit it for review.

Within 3 days, a StayTT team member will review the listing and either publish it or get in touch to make any changes.

If it’s published, you will get an email saying so, which will include the link to your live listing on StayTT.com.

How To Claim/Verify a Listing

If your business is already listed on StayTT.com, you can Claim the listing to be able to manage it yourself.

There is no fee to Claim/Verify a listing.

First, create an account on our Register page.

Then go to your listing, and click the Business Owner? Claim This Business button at the top of the page.

Complete the short form that appears.

Within 3 days, a StayTT team member will review the Claim and either approve it, or get in touch to confirm the claim request is legitimate.

When the Claim is approved, you will get an email saying so. A Verified badge will appear on your listing.

How To Make Changes to your Listing

Making changes to your listing is easy and straightforward, but we do advise that the best experience is from a laptop or desktop.

Tip: the easiest way is to go straight to your listing.

From there, click the Login link. On a desktop or laptop, it will be on the top right of the main menu. On mobile, it will appear when you click on the menu button (3 lines or hamburger menu) at the top right of the page.

A login form should pop-up, and you can enter your log in details.

You should then be on your listing, but logged in. You should be able to see a blue Edit button at the top of the listing.

Click on the blue Edit button and you will go to the Edit Place page, which would have all your current listing details on it.

When you are finished making your changes, scroll to the end of the form and click on the Submit Listing button. All your changes would appear live.
