For bookings we require a 50% deposit to confirm the date and the other 50% will be paid 2 weeks before your stay.

Please note that you have a few days gap to make that payment once banking info is sent to you, as other persons are also interested. If you do not utilize the gap to make the payment and the time passes, it will be offered to someone else who also inquired.

## SECURITY DEPOSIT##
There is also a $1000 security deposit that will be refunded to you in 3-5 days once nothing is broken or damaged. That security deposit will be paid with the second half of the payment. Any cancellations due to any unforeseen circumstances, 75% of your payment will be refunded to you once given proper notice at least 2 weeks prior. Failure to provide this any later than 2 weeks can result in no refund.

Management will not be liable for any loss or damage to any personal belongings left unattended on the premises.

No events or parties allowed unless an event package is booked
