THE APARTMENTS CAN BE RENTED INDIVIDUALLY OR THE ENTIRE VILLA (10 bedrooms) CAN BE RENTED (30 persons maximum).

Each apartment is equipped with air conditioned bedrooms, fully updated kitchen with all appliances and utensils provided, direct tv, wifi, ceiling fans, hot/cold water, BBQ pit.
There is also 24hr pool access, located beach front, secured parking, high fences, security cameras and our caretaker who lives on the compound.
THERE IS A 15FT X 30FT SWIMMING POOL RANGING FROM 3FT TO 5FT DEEP which is shared.
🔴NO LINENS, GARBAGE BAGS, COALS, TOWELS AND TOILETRIES ARE PROVIDED.

There is a minimum stay of 2 nights on weekends.
CHECK IN TIME 4pm FRIDAY
CHECK OUT TIME 4pm SUNDAY or thereafter.
Check in and check out time can be flexible depending on dates chosen and if there is any upcoming booking.
🔴A security deposit of one night’s stay is required for any incidentals which will be refunded within two (2) days after check out.
