About Coolwaters Beach House

Escape to tranquility at Coolwaters Beach House, a serene family-oriented beachfront retreat in Mayaro.

This charming, recently-renovated getaway offers the perfect mix of relaxation and fun, featuring an inground pool surrounded by swaying palms and a soothing waterfall feature.

The breathtaking views at this beachfront home is quite breezy at times. With all modern amenities, Coolwaters is a perfect retreat to unwind.

This fully fenced property is equipped with a house alarm, burglar bars, adequate lighting and cctv cameras. There are five 5 car park spaces internal of the property.

Inside, the home includes three air-conditioned bedrooms and an open-plan living and dining area, all designed for maximum comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern granite countertops, a large fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, and kettle, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. Coolwaters Beach House is the ultimate spot to relax and enjoy quality time with loved ones by the sea!

minimum 2 nights - maximum 10 persons

$2,500 / night off peak

$2,750 / night peak

$3,000 / night holidays (minimum nights for the duration of the holiday / weekend)

Check In Time: 1:30pm

Check Out Time: 3:00pm

Downpayment to hold dates – 50%

Balance Due: Two Weeks before stay

Cancellations:

– More than One Month notice before stay 100% refund

– Between One Month to Two Weeks before Stay 50% refund of Deposit

– Less than Two weeks notice before stay no refund.

– Refunds will be given before stay if there is a natural disaster / National Emergency etc. Note: refunds will not be given for Rainy Conditions.

– Number of Visitors must be discussed prior to stay. Failure to comply will result in absolutely no refund and a fee of $250 per visitor will be charged per day. Approved Visitors will be allowed on the compound between the hours of 10:00 am and 8:00pm.

    I stayed with my family and elderly parents (85 years old). They felt safe being on one level, enjoyed the pool. I searched online through 30 Mayaro beach houses and found this house online. It ticked all the boxes. I would go again with friends and family. Very clean and complete.
