Off peak Rates are $2500 per weekday night (special rates for additional days) and $4500 Per Weekend. On peak weekends are $5000. Pricing covers up to 20 people staying and visiting. Call for event pricing.

We are located on Manzanilla Beach, we are the 2nd house past the Manzanilla Boardwalk on the left (beachfront)

The high walled secure compound consists of a 5 bedroom house (all bedrooms have AC), a large covered upper deck, a 15’x24′ Pool(Depth 4ft 4 Inches), A covered eating and liming area, an outdoor cooking area, a smokehouse and direct access to the Beach.

Very Private. Free WiFi

Pool hours are 6am to Midnight.

*The Tiki Bar is located right next to property. It conveniently serves Food, Drinks and Ice.
**Please Note there will be a Security deposit of $500. This is refunded at checkout minus any damages or missing items.

Steps away from Beach Resort, with lifeguards on Duty at 10am – 5pm.
