Thank you for showing interest in Lopinot Country Villa.

Villa is rented as a whole unit and not individual rooms so you are not sharing the facilities with anyone while there. Villa is fully furnished and self-contained.

The villas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before guests check in.

Each villa features an out door area for dining/entertaining, swimming pool, 3 air conditioned bedrooms, hot and cold water.

VILLA 1 – 3 Bedrooms
14 people maximum
1 night $2 300.00 TT
Plus: $600.00 TT caution fee…refundable 7 days after check out.
2 nights and over:
$1 800.00 TT per night
Plus: $600.00 TT caution fee…refundable 7 days after check out.

PLEASE NOTE:
Weekends are a minimum of 2 nights ($3 600.00)
1 night rental available Monday to Thursday.

VILLA 2 – 3 Bedrooms
12 people maximum
$2 300.00 TT per night.
Plus: $600.00 TT caution fee…refundable 7 days after check out.
2 nights and over –
$1 800.00 TT per night.
Plus: $600.00 TT caution fee…refundable 7 days after check out.

PLEASE NOTE:

Long weekends are booked for the entire duration of nights.

COVID RESTRICTIONS:
Extra guests/visitors will not be allowed.
No events or parties are allowed. Absolutely no loud music.
Guests found in breech of these restrictions would be required to vacate premises immediately without a refund.
50% non refundable deposit required within 24 hours of booking to confirm reservation.
