Overnight Rates

Off-Peak Season (January – June & September – December):

• • Regular Weekends (Friday – Sunday): $1500.00 nightly (minimum 2 nights). Reduced rates for 3+ nights.
  • Limited Offer: 1-Night Regular Weekend Stay ONLY: $2000.00
  • Regular Weekdays (Monday – Thursday): $1200.00 nightly (minimum 2 nights). Reduced rates for 3+ nights.

Peak Season (JAVA – July – August Vacation):

• • $1500.00 nightly (minimum 2 nights). Reduced rates for 3+ nights.

Public Holidays & Long Weekends:

• • $1500.00 nightly. Guests must book the entire long weekend, including the night before the holiday. Check the booking calendar for availability.

Security Deposit

• $500.00 (to be paid in cash upon arrival). This is fully refundable if there are no damages or extra cleaning required

Booking Policies

• Payment: 50% due at booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to arrival.
• Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
• Cancellation:
  • Full refund if cancelled 7 days prior to arrival.
  • A $500.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.
• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 2:00 PM
  • Early check-in and late check-out options are available with additional fees upon booking.

Rates are subject to change until your reservation is confirmed. Failure to pay the balance or security deposit on time will result in booking cancellation.
