Rates & Accommodation

Rate for 8 guests: $2,000 per night
($1500 per night on weekdays only, excluding Fridays and public holidays).

Minimum stay: 2 nights.

Additional guests: Up to 10 guests total. $150 per extra person per night.

Boca Vista sits at just a 5 minute walk away from the pool, tennis court, restaurant and private beach located on the Island. This 3 storey, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house sleeps 8-10 persons and comes fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation away from home.

Payments & Cancellations

Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due the day before arrival.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required. This will be refunded within 48 hours after your stay, provided there are no damages.

Payment Confirmation: Please send a copy of the deposit slip or confirmation email along with a valid ID via email or WhatsApp once the deposit has been made.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks before the rental date to receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 1 week before arrival will result in no refund.

Please note: No exceptions will be made for cancellations due to rainy or overcast weather.
