Tranquility Getaway Tobago

1. To secure or confirm your booking, a deposit of not less than 1 night/50 percent of the
value of your entire stay must be paid.

2. The lead guest must pay a security deposit of five hundred dollars ($500.00) at check-in to offset:
 any damages done to the villa, equipment, appliances, fixtures or anything on the
premises/property, broken or missing wares and utensils, damaged or missing sheets, blankets and towels. Should the cost of damage exceed the security fee, the lead guest is
obligated to cover the entire cost for repairs or replacement as is required.

3. Security fee will be returned to the lead guest if after the villa inventory is checked, there
are no damages or loss of anything as referred to in 3.

4. Late check outs require an additional cost of $100.00 TT to be paid for the
extra time and can only be extended up to 3 pm.

5. Cancellations are allowed without penalty up to one week (7 days) before check-in time.
If cancellations are made after this time, down payment will not be returned.
