Beautiful Beach House getaway nestled in the gated Balandra Beach Resort on the northeast coast of Trinidad.
Renters of the vacation home have full access to the entire ground floor of the property and surrounding outdoor area.

A great rendezvous point for an adventure on the northeast coast, with the closest beach being only a 5 minute drive away.

Payments & Cancellations

Potential tenants will only be confirmed as being “booked” once a payment is made. Tenants have the following payment options:

1. Pay the full amount for your intended stay, at least ONE WEEK before the starting date of your stay. Payments can be received via cash, or via bank transfer which will require the potential tenant to contact the property owners via phone call.

2. Pay half the full amount at least ONE WEEK before the starting date of your stay, and pay the remaining half ON the starting date of your stay. Both payments can be received via cash, but only the first payment is eligible to be received via bank transfer.

CANCELLATIONS
In order to receive a refund when cancelling your upcoming stay, the owners must be notified at least TWO weeks before the starting date of the stay.
Cancellations made within less than two weeks of the stay (13 days or less), will not be granted refunds.

Best stay ever, spent my 30th birthday lime here and I must say I have never met a nicer couple in my life. Place was well kept and they were willing to help with anything needed will definitely recommend you visit.
