This rental includes:

PRICING:
15 persons or less (children included) for $1500 for 8 hours . Additional guest beyond 15 people will cost an additional $100 each and we can accommodate a maximum of 25 people.

A down-payment of $750 (non-refundable) must be made at the compound to secure your booking .
Only one group per day, and no date is held without a down payment.

A security deposit of $300 must also be made prior to the rental date which will be refunded once the premise is returned in a clean state, with no broken items.
